Section 1: Email Communication

1.1 Our email services are powered by Gmail. We do not manage Gmail's infrastructure and are not responsible for any data handling on their part.

1.2 We store emails only as long as necessary to conduct and complete communication with you.

1.3 Once our contact has concluded, your emails will be securely deleted from our system.

1.4 Please avoid including sensitive personal or payment information in emails, as we cannot guarantee full transmission security.

 

Section 2: Content Usage Policy

2.1 All content provided by Theme Park Adventure Bros is covered under standard licensing, not Creative Commons.

2.2 You may use our content (e.g., videos, photos, text) without prior permission only if:

• 2.2.1 Full and visible credit is given to Theme Park Adventure Bros.
  
  

• 2.2.2 Any watermarks included with our content are not removed, cropped, or edited.
  
  

2.3 If you wish to use our content without watermark or credit, you must contact us in advance. Permission is granted at our discretion.

2.4 Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of our content may result in takedown requests and/or legal action.

 

Section 3: Merchandise & Order Policy

3.1 All merchandise is manufactured by us in the United Kingdom.

3.2 We perform regular quality checks to ensure our products meet our expectations.

3.3 If you are unsatisfied with your order or wish to return it for any reason :

• 3.3.1 Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
  

• 3.3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue via refunds, replacements, or repairs. 
  

3.4 Shipping addresses are only stored temporarily:

• 3.4.1 For order fulfillment purposes.
  
  

• 3.4.2 For any necessary follow-ups (e.g., shipping issues, refunds) and will be deleted from our database after 30 days of your order unless you have any order issues. 
  
  

3.5 All orders are final once placed if you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your order and refund you. 

3.6 All payments are processed securely through Stripe payments using Card or Klarna

3.7 When using a discount code via our online shop the shipping cost will not be discounted.

 

Section 4: Affiliate Link Disclosure

4.1 Our website uses affiliate marketing links, which means we may earn a commission from purchases made through certain links. This helps support our platform at no extra cost to you.

4.2 Affiliate Programs We Participate In:

• 4.2.1 Merlin Affiliate Links:
  When using our Merlin links, we receive a commission from sales. This does not affect the price you pay.
  
  

• 4.2.2 Insta360 Affiliate Links:
  As an Insta360 partner, we earn from qualifying purchases through Insta360 links. Again, no added cost to you. Sometimes even receive a discount or freebie!

5.1 We respect your privacy and aim to minimize data collection to only what is necessary for site performance.

5.2 The cookies used on our website are limited to collecting anonymous usage statistics, such as:

Section 6: Live Competitions

6.1 Whiz Wednesday - every week on a Wednesday at a random time posted on Instagram. Winners each week will be tagged the following week. You can receive points by answering. You can get up to 5 points per week. Points are received for correct answer (2 points), locking answer (+1 point), reposting (+1 point), first to answer (+1 point), incorrect answer (1 point). If you lock or are first to answer and get the answer incorrect  you will receive 0 points. - we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify Whiz Wednesday at any point for any reason.

Section 7: Environmental

7.1 1% of all payments made will be taken automatically on all payments and contributed to removing CO2 from the atmosphere, this will not affect the price you pay however will benefit the environment offsetting any materials used for production of your items. 

7.2 Whilst not always possible, we attempt to reuse packaging in some circumstances, we request you either reuse this or place it into a recycling bin if your able to. 

7.3 We aim to reduce waste however when 3D printing occasionally our prints may fail, if this is the case these may be put in with your prints free of charge, if you don't wish to receive these as an extra please let us know in the "remarks" section during payment.
